Refund and Returns Policy
Hi, Thanks For Shopping At Shirtz By Ray.
Our refund and returns policy lasts 15 days.
If 15 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Garments may not be returned after they are worn or washed. Printed garments that are returned due to product defects or print defects qualify for equal-value credit on the next order only.
1.)Your item must be in the original packaging.
2.)Your item needs to have a receipt or proof of purchase.
3.)You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
How To Return Your Item in Just a few simple steps: To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
1.) Pack the items along with the packing slip (receipt) securely in a box. You can use the box the items arrived in or another box if you prefer.
2.) Affix the return label to the outside of the box.
3.) Return items (insured and postage pre-paid) via UPS Ground or the United States Postal Service. To return an item to us, please mail it to the following address: SHIRTZ BY RAY 255 HERON RD, CARTHAGE, NC 28327
Refunds: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Sale items: Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. Only regular priced items can be refunded.
Additional non-returnable items:

- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items

Methods of Payment & Checking Out:

Credit Cards Only – Chose this option only if you have no desire to use PayPal in any way. Our secure credit card processing checkout will charge your credit card directly through Square as well as our online store. Customers Must Fill Out A Credit Card Authorization Form. (Only if you purchase by Mail Order)
Money Orders – is a payment order for a pre-specified amount of money. As it is required that the funds be prepaid for the amount shown on it, it is a more trusted method of payment than a cheque.
